From Kitchenuhmaykoosib Inninuwug, formerly known as Big Trout Lake, comes a Creative Leader, a hard worker with a vision and mission to help First Nations advance and enhance. Mathew Hoppe is a leader of change, with over 15 years of leadership and experience working with First Nations organizations.
His previous experience as the Technical Manager working with the Ontario First Nations Technical Services Corporation and Shibogama First Nations Council, has helped him gain a unique set of skills and knowledge in supporting First Nations communities. As a newly appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for IFNA, he joins with dedication to IFNA First Nations and supporting their self-reliance.
