Operations and Maintenance
The Technical Services Department provides technical advisory services to member First Nations pertaining to Operations and Maintenance as follows:
- Updating the Capital Management System (CAMS)
- Assisting in the development of Maintenance Management Plans (MMP)
- Completing the Asset Condition Reporting System (ACRS) reports
- Advising First Nations on preventative maintenance practices and procedures
- Investigating emergency situations and advising on the appropriate course of action
- Providing technical advice on all operation and maintenance related items
