Technical Skills Transfer
The Technical Services Department provides technical advisory services to member First Nations pertaining to Technical Skills Transfer as follows:
- Ensure member First Nation staff are aware of available technical and capital management training
- Identify to the member First Nations potential training requirements needed in operation and maintenance, capital management, etc.
- Assist in developing and implementing site specific or asset specific training
- Maintain current technical knowledge and capital management procedures
