Integrated Emergency Services

Overview

Integrated Emergency Services (IES) works with member Nations to strengthen local emergency response and community safety. The department helps build fire and paramedic capacity, supports emergency planning, and provides training and guidance during events such as evacuations, fires, floods, and severe weather.
IES focuses on practical, hands-on support that reflects the needs of each Nation, helping communities feel prepared, supported, and confident when emergencies happen.
